How long does it take to get listed?
From registration to live listing is typically 5–7 business days. After you submit the form, our team builds your editorial profile page, sources appropriate photography, and prepares the full venue page for your review. Once you approve it, we push it live immediately.
Do I need to provide photos?
No — we research and source photography for your venue as part of the listing process. However, if you have official press or marketing photography you'd like us to use, we strongly encourage you to share it. Your own photos will always look better than sourced images and give you more control over how your venue is presented.
How does the commission work?
We earn a commission only when a booking is confirmed through our platform. For the Standard Listing tier, this is 8% of the booking value (the day pass price × number of guests). For Featured venues it's 6%. There are no minimum booking commitments, no monthly fees on Standard, and no setup costs.
Can I update my pricing and availability?
Yes — through your venue dashboard you can update day pass pricing, availability, minimum spend requirements, and seasonal pricing at any time. Changes go live within minutes. If you have a special event, ladies' day deal, or temporary closure, you can flag it directly in the dashboard.
What if I want to remove my listing?
You can deactivate or remove your listing at any time with no penalty. Simply contact us via the venue dashboard or email and we'll pause or permanently remove your listing within 24 hours. No contracts, no exit fees.
Do you work with venues outside Dubai?
Currently BeachClubDXB is focused exclusively on Dubai. We may expand to Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah in future, but for now all listed venues must be located in the Emirate of Dubai or have beach/pool access within day-trip distance from central Dubai.
