Four Coastlines, One Menu
Beach by FIVE's kitchen is its point of distinction on a Palm where most beach clubs settle for competent pan-Mediterranean. Here the menu commits — properly — to four specific culinary traditions and executes each without cutting corners. This is food built around the sharing table, the long lunch, and the idea that a beach club meal should be the reason you came, not just what you did after the pool.
From Spain, there's paella Valenciana cooked in a wide iron pan at the table, pan con tomate on grilled rustic bread, crispy baby squid with alioli, and Iberico ham carved by hand. From Greece, saganaki, grilled octopus with lemon and oregano, tomato keftedes, and a proper Greek salad with barrel-aged feta that tastes nothing like the supermarket version. From Turkey, pide flatbreads with spiced lamb and sumac, köfte skewers, and a surprisingly good Turkish breakfast on Sundays. From the Levant, mezze that spans hummus, muhammara, fattoush, and grilled halloumi, alongside mixed grills with flatbread hot off the saj.
The beach bar programme is equally committed — Greek raki, Turkish rakı, Spanish cava, Lebanese arak alongside a strong list of Mediterranean wines, classic cocktails reinterpreted for the sun, and a signature frozen aperol that you'll order twice. Service is attentive without hovering, and they will happily build a mezze platter spanning all four regions if you let them.
