The eight most important etiquette rules — keep these in mind at every visit.
Always wear a cover-up when walking through non-pool areas, restaurants, and lobbies.
Never photograph strangers. Some venues have strict no-photography zones — look for the signs.
AED 10–20 per person at the end of your day is the standard for attentive beach or pool service.
Leaving your towel on a sunbed for over 30 minutes is frowned upon. If you leave, expect it to be taken.
Virtually all venues prohibit outside F&B. Respect the minimum spend — it goes back to the venue staff too.
During Ramadan, eating, drinking, and smoking in public areas is restricted until sunset. Check with your venue.
The atmosphere is luxurious and relaxed. Loud groups and personal speakers aren't welcome at most venues.
Cancel at least 24–48 hours in advance or you'll forfeit your deposit. Call rather than email for last-minute changes.
