The setting is genuinely different from any other beach club in Dubai: lower density (the venue is deliberately kept uncrowded), architecture that uses organic materials and lush tropical landscaping, and a service philosophy inherited from the One&Only brand that makes every interaction feel personal and considered.
The pool complex at Drift consists of multiple interconnected pools rather than a single large one — the effect is more like a private villa than a beach club. Sunbeds are genuinely spaced well apart, and the service team operates at a ratio that allows them to remember your order without you having to ask twice. The beach itself — clean, private, with proper raking and maintained daily — is arguably the finest beach club beach in Dubai.
Where Drift most strongly distinguishes itself from Cloud 22 is the food. Drift's kitchen operates at a fine dining standard more typical of a Michelin-adjacent hotel restaurant than a beach club.
