Route Options: Abu Dhabi → Dubai
The direct coastal highway from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. Fast, well-maintained, and the most direct route to JBR/Marina. Note: Salik toll gates apply in Dubai (AED 4–8 per gate).
Runs parallel to E11 inland. Slightly longer but can be faster on Friday mornings when E11 has heavy outbound Abu Dhabi traffic. No Salik tolls until you enter Dubai proper.
Abu Dhabi Bus to Ibn Battuta Mall (Terminal A–E routes). From Ibn Battuta, take Metro or taxi to JBR. Total journey: 2.5–3.5 hours. Best if you plan to drink heavily and don't want to drive back.
When to Leave Abu Dhabi
Arrive at the beach club by 9–9:30am. Claim premium sunbeds before the crowds arrive. Extra early on Saturdays — these sell out fastest.
